An exhibition dedicated to the Independence Day and the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan was held in Minsk
On September 25, 2020, an exhibition dedicated to the 29th anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan and the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan was held at the CIS headquarters in Minsk.
The exhibition was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Belarus together with the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus and the Secretariat of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The exhibition was opened by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States N. Shagulyev. Also at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the First Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee V. Guminsky made a speech.
The exhibition presented scientific works and books of the President of Turkmenistan, among which there are works translated into Belarusian language, as well as photographs about Turkmenistan, national carpets, handicrafts and embroidery of folk craftswomen that demonstrate the rich history and culture of the Turkmen people.
